Tonight my friend Olivia and I went on a health kick.
We worked out and afterwards when we were hungry, we decided to make some healthy munch.
These two recipes are easy, fast, healthy and too tasty!
6-7 Tablespoons of plain yogurt
1 Cup sorbet (we used mango)
1 1/2 Cups Frozen fruit (fresh is always best, but we used frozen pineapple and raspberries)
3/4 Cup milk (we used vitamin D milk)
Throw it all in a blender! That's it!
Canned pizza sauce
Red pepper flakes
Cheese (mozzarella, parmesan or both)
The great thing about this recipe is you can really do this however you want - add more or less depending on your taste. And obviously, you can make just about any kind of pizza. A good healthy pizza idea would be a pizza with your favorite veggies! So to begin, spread some olive oil on the naan bread and add light sauce. Then throw on lots of cheese! Sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes, and add small amounts of the minced garlic. Add your turkey pepperoni and sprinkle a bit more cheese (we wanted this to be very cheesy) Throw it in the oven at 400 degrees and cook until all the cheese it melted. We did not time it but it took less than 10 minutes. Enjoy! :)
